FENNEL AND ORANGE PILE


Serves: 4
Serving size: About 1/2 Cup

Ingredients
2 Bulbs Fennel (Cut into half - Thinly slices)
3 Navel Oranges (Pith removed - Sliced)
1 Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Let stand for 30 minutes in the fridge to chill.
  3. Serve Cold.
Tip
Nice blend of flavors really helps to cleanse the palette before main meal.
