Serving size: 1 Cup
4 Cups Romain Lettuce (Shredded)
2 Cups Heirloom Tomatoes (Sliced)
2 Sticks Light Mozzarella Cheese (Cubed)
10 - 15 Big leaves Basil (Shredded)
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
- In a big bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Pour the balsamic vinaigrette and serve cold.
Very simple Italian style.
