CAPRESE SALAD

Serves: 5 
Serving size: 1 Cup
WW points: 1 pt
Ingredients
4 Cups Romain Lettuce (Shredded)
2 Cups Heirloom Tomatoes (Sliced)
2 Sticks Light Mozzarella Cheese (Cubed)
10 - 15 Big leaves Basil (Shredded)
Instructions
  1. In a big bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  2. Pour the balsamic vinaigrette and serve cold.
Note
Very simple Italian style.
