HIGH FIBER BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

Serves: 12
Serving size: 1 muffin
WW points: 2 pt
Ingredients
1 Pack Blueberry muffin mix (Fiber one)
2 tsp Olive oil
1 Whole egg
3 Egg whites
2/3 Cup water
Ingredients:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Divide the batter in 12 pre-greased molds with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for about 15 - 20 min or until center is done.
Note
Kids friendly muffins with high fiber. Healthy alternative to store bought muffins which are 8 pt for one large muffin with 9 g of fat.
