TOMATO, CUCUMBER, & AVOCADO SALSA

Serves: 12
Serving size: 1/4 Cup

Ingredients
2 Cup Tomato (Chopped)
1 Cup Cucumber (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Onions (Chopped)
1 Medium Avocado (Chopped)
2 Limes (Juiced)
2 tbsp Cilantro/Coriander (Fresh - Chopped)
Pepper and Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
Note
This versatile salsa can be served with wraps, quesadilla, sandwiches, or on top of salads to add zest to your recipe.
Tips
  • For 0 points (no counted calories) salsa remove Avocado.
  • Add beans instead to add more fiber and protein (may affect points)
