Serves: 7
Serving size: 1 Cup
WW points: 4 pt
7 Cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti (Cooked)
2 Cup Cabbage (Shredded)
1 Cup Carrots (Shredded)
1 Cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 Cup red onion (Sliced)
2 Stalks Celery (Sliced)
2 Bell Pepper (any color - Sliced)
4 Cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
4 Tbsp Water (for sprinkle)
Cooking spray
Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Spray pan with cooking spray and add onions and garlic. Sauté for about few seconds.
  2. Add all the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and sauté for 1 min. 
  3. Add soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. Add noodles. Sprinkle with 4 tbsp water.
  5. Sprinkle fresh ground black pepper and mix well to coat.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
Serve it with a side of Cauliflower, Zucchini, & Sweet Corn (0 pt). Can also add sauté extra firm tofu to this dish—3 oz tofu = 2pt
