1/2 inch Ginger (Fresh Chopped)
1/2 Cup Carrots (Chopped)
1 Cup Spinach (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Green Beans (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Peas
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lime Juice
Pepper and Salt to taste

4 Cups Water
1 tsp Olive oil or Cooking Spray - for no additional pts

- Heat a pot, add oil, cloves, garlic, ginger, and onion.
- When slightly aromatic, add all the vegetables and water.
- Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft to touch.
- Add lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
- Serve hot like this or puree in blender.
Very filling high in fiber soup.

I came across your site on the Facebook Weight Watchers page, just made this soup and had a portion for lunch, it was delicious!!! And so easy to make. Thank you so much for the recipe, I'm glad I found it.
