ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS


Serves: 4
Serving size: 1/2 Cup
WW points: 0 pts
Ingredients
2 Cups Brussels Sprouts (Cut into half lengthwise)
1 1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Layer it up on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.

Tip
Easy to make and great as a side dish to any entrée without any points.
