1/2 15oz Can Beets (Pureed)
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/3 Cup Sugar
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan except lime juice.
- Let it simmer on slow heat for about 20 min until the mixture get’s thickened like cake batter.
This is really good with Quinoa and Chickpea patty (1 pt).
