BEET CHUTNEY

Serves: 16
Serving size: 1 Tbsp

Ingredients
1/2 15oz Can Beets (Pureed)
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/3 Cup Sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan except lime juice.
  2. Let it simmer on slow heat for about 20 min until the mixture get’s thickened like cake batter.
Note
This is really good with Quinoa and Chickpea patty (1 pt).
