Serves: 6
Serving size: 1 bowl
WW points: 2 pts
1 Cup Apples (squared)
2 Cups Yogurt (fat free)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Sugar
12 oz Mandarin oranges (canned - drained - rinsed)
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Add apples and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
  1. In a compote/bowl, pour 1/2 cup apple and yogurt mixture.
  2. Layer it with 2 oz of mandarin orange.
  3. Serve cold.

Healthy Tip
Always rinse your canned vegetables or fruits with cold water to drain excess sodium or sugar from it.
Nutritious and great for dessert or breakfast. Can make this recipe two days ahead of time.
