Ingredients
1 Cup Mango (cut in cubes)
4 Cups Salad (any greens)
2 Tbsp roasted walnuts - no salt (chopped coarsely)
4 Tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
1 tsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- In a large large bowl toss all the ingredients except walnuts and mix well.
- Garnish with walnuts and serve immediately.
Healthy alternatives
- Used raw walnuts instead of prepared ones
Roast them in a pan on medium heat with no salt and cooking spray. These are better than store bought fried nuts loaded with salt (sodium).
Note
Simple salad — satisfies both sweet and sour taste. Mango is a good companion with italian dressing.
