Serves: 5
Serving size: 1 Cup
WW points: 2 pt
1 Cup Mango (cut in cubes)
4 Cups Salad (any greens)
2 Tbsp roasted walnuts - no salt (chopped coarsely)
4 Tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
1 tsp Lime Juice
  1. In a large large bowl toss all the ingredients except walnuts and mix well.
  2. Garnish with walnuts and serve immediately.

Healthy alternatives
  • Used raw walnuts instead of prepared ones
    Roast them in a pan on medium heat with no salt and cooking spray. These are better than store bought fried nuts loaded with salt (sodium).
Simple salad satisfies both sweet and sour taste. Mango is a good companion with italian dressing.
