PEA'S TENDRILS SALAD

Serves: 5
Serving size: 1 Cup
WW points: 2 pt
Ingredients
5 Cup Green Pea’s Greens (Coarsely Chopped)
2 Tbsp Walnut (Roasted & Chopped)
2 Tbsp Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
2 Tbsp Cranberries (Whole or Chopped)
10 Tbsp Italian Dressing (Fat Free)
Instructions
  1. In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients together and serve cold.
Note
You can find bunches of Green Pea plant leaves in framers market. I was reluctant to try it because it was new to me, but when I tried it as salad I found that it is not different from Spinach and had a nice crunch. It paired well with roasted walnuts and dried cranberries. Delicious!!!
