Serves: 6
Serving size: 1 Cup
WW points: 3 pt
2 Cup Mangoes (Peeled and pulp removed)
2 Cup Yogurt plain (fat free)
2 Cups Milk (fat free)
6 tsp Sugar
2 Cups Ice
1/8 tsp Cardamom (ground)
Few threads of Saffron
3 Tbsp Warm Water
Preparing Saffron
  1. Dip Saffron in warm water for about a minute.
  2. Stir the liquid.
  1. In the blender, blend mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
  2. Add ice and crush on high.
  3. Garnish with Mint leaves and serve
This drink is all time favorite. It is so rich with all the goodness of mangoes and dairy, enriching you with lots of Vitamin A and Calcium. This accompanies mostly any food type.
