2 Cup Mangoes (Peeled and pulp removed)
2 Cup Yogurt plain (fat free)
2 Cups Milk (fat free)
6 tsp Sugar
2 Cups Ice
1/8 tsp Cardamom (ground)
Few threads of Saffron
3 Tbsp Warm Water
- Dip Saffron in warm water for about a minute.
- Stir the liquid.
- In the blender, blend mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
- Add ice and crush on high.
- Garnish with Mint leaves and serve
This drink is all time favorite. It is so rich with all the goodness of mangoes and dairy, enriching you with lots of Vitamin A and Calcium. This accompanies mostly any food type.
