Sautéed Tangy Asparagus

Serves: 4 
Serving size: 10 - 12 stems

2 Bundle Asparagus (Tough parts removed)
3 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Smoked Cumin (Ground)
Cooking Spray
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, water, mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat a hot pan with 2 cooking spray and reduce heat to low.
  3. Add Asparagus and lemon mixture. Coat well. 
  4. Cover and let it stand for five minutes or until tender.
  5. Server hot or cold.
