2 Bundle Asparagus (Tough parts removed)
3 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Smoked Cumin (Ground)
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, water, mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat a hot pan with 2 cooking spray and reduce heat to low.
- Add Asparagus and lemon mixture. Coat well.
- Cover and let it stand for five minutes or until tender.
- Server hot or cold.
