Bread Pizza

Serves: 8
Serving size: 1 Slice
WW points: 3 pt
8 High Fiber Bread
1 Cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese
2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
8 tsp Red Onion (Chopped)
8 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  1. Preheat oven to 370°F. 
  2. Place bread slices on cookie sheet.
  3. Top each with 1 Tbsp ketchup.
  4. Sprinkle with Cheese.
  5. Top it with Vegetables.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bread is crispier. Serve hot.
For simple and quick brunch or breakfast, this is a kids friendly recipe. Sometimes I use whole wheat Pita or bagels as a base instead of bread. Plus, for added spice you can also use spicy ketchup instead of plain tomato ketchup.
