Ingredients
1 Bunch of any green leafy vegetable (Coarsely chopped)
4 Spring Onion or 2 Leeks (sliced)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Olive oil or Cooking Spray - for no additional pts
Instructions
- Heat pan on medium heat.
- Add oil or cooking spray, then add garlic and onions.
- Add greens and soy sauce. Sauté for 1 minute then turn off the flame and cover the pan for 1 minute.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
Note
Green leafy vegetables can include Chard, Collard, Spinach, Kale, and Beets. Onions can be of any variety as well.
