EASY VEGETABLE BLEND

Serves: 8
Serving size: 1/2 Cup
WW points: 0 pt
Ingredients
2 Cups Mix Vegetable blend (Frozen)
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Tabasco Chili Sauce
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Microwave covered for 5 min or steam in a bag for 2 min.
  3. Serve hot.
Note
You may use fresh garlic instead of powder. Great substitute for regular steamed vegetables, with a kick of flavor.
