2 Cups Mix Vegetable blend (Frozen)
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Tabasco Chili Sauce
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Microwave covered for 5 min or steam in a bag for 2 min.
- Serve hot.
You may use fresh garlic instead of powder. Great substitute for regular steamed vegetables, with a kick of flavor.
